Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer the following no-questions-asked money-back guarantees: Essential plan (1 course): 14 days from purchase. Professional plan (3 courses): 30 days from purchase. Complete plan (all 5 courses): 60 days from purchase. Individual course purchases: 14 days from purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email learn@masterycourseshub.com with the subject line Refund Request. Include your name, email address, and order number. No explanation required — the guarantee is unconditional within the stated period.

3. Processing

Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

4. After the Guarantee Period

After the guarantee period expires, no refunds are available. However, your lifetime access continues — you can revisit any course material at any time.

5. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to limit refunds for accounts that demonstrate a pattern of repeated purchase-and-refund behavior. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

6. Add-ons and Coaching

Coaching sessions: refundable if the session has not yet occurred. Premium templates and downloads: non-refundable after download. Workshops: refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
